      Not very good employer. Absolutely appalling company. It is a palming culture

      Toxic work environment as extremely understaffed to dangerous levels no concern for employees. Mangers are completely inexperienced l. I have never worked somewhere like this. I was left completely broken by my experience there. I loved the job and Staphyt managed to destroy all the good in the jobs by having toxic review meetings each day. The whole experience caused me to suffer greatly. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

The entire staff as all the management is really preoccupied by the well-being of employees. As you know, annual employee’s survey are launched or other HR tools are dedicated to this subject.       Profit focused slave-driver management, do not value loyal, experienced workers, top-heavy

      Outside working, very well equipped with tools. Most of the close co-workers are very heplful and friendly.

      Minpunten

      Lots of driving with uncomfortable cars( cars are not suitable for driving on dirt roads), low salary, lack of training. Incompetent Technical managers and higher management (France). Everyone is too busy to train the employee, had to manage on his own. HR does not care for the eastern european countries, leadership either. Lack of information exchange. Huge amount of trials with same conditions. Bad time-management.
