- Lovely culture, people are nice and fun - Good hours for consultants, personally never worked beyond 6pm - Responsibility from the start e.g interacting with clients, making deliverables - 6 month reviews and quick career progression

Minpunten

- Specialized in telecoms which isn't personally the sector I want to stay in - Have to juggle multiple projects at once

- Strong team focused culture, people care about each other's wellness at and away from work - Good work life balance compared to other consultancies - pretty rare for most to finish work after 18:30 - Early responsibility and opportunity to develop management level skills within your first 2 years of your career

Minpunten

- Can feel isolated if leading projects when the team's workload is heavy - There are quite a lot of 'strategic marketing projects' which can feel repetitive and don't involve the same kind of problem solving you'd typically apply in strategy projects - Telecoms isn't for everyone - you'll have to spend lots of time getting to grips with techy topics
