The management team are the owner’s friends and relatives, creating zero transparency and poor decision-making. With the owner rarely in the UK, managers operate without oversight, daily operations are inconsistent. There is no real career progression, also have to work extra unpaid time, verbal bullying is common here as well. Toxic workplace, run.
