The only thing I can come up with is Wednesday Pizza, but you have to sit through the worlds longest meeting, with a world class Narcissist to get it. Don’t really know if that’s a pro.

My experience with this company was the most horrific of my entire career. Having creative ideas, working to complete tasks essential for the business to run, and building marking campaigns were all impossible to complete because the owner can’t stand to have anyone lead a department other than him, but he isn’t capable of centering himself enough to complete anything. Sharing concerns for employees/or the brand is highly frowned upon! Meeting are constant to the point of getting nothing done, but the expectation is that you have the work done anyways, only for the owner to change his mind as soon as the task you killed yourself to complete is turned in. Upper management doesn’t understand current marketing concepts or trends.
