Pluspunten

The coworkers are great, and the culture is good. My favorite part is only working four days a week, and the excitement of working in an operating facility.

Minpunten

It is located in the middle of nowhere. The closest city of any size is Bay City, and the closest city with over 20K people is Lake Jackson. A lot of people commute, but with working 10 hours a day, adding an extra couple of hours for commuting isn't ideal. Not a lot of things are computerized; most of the design work is paper-based.

Spent over 7 years with the company and loved working there. Great people to work with.

I felt like career progression was limited unless you went into Operations.
