      Pluspunten

      The office manager is really proactive and quick to fulfill requests. You can request a standing desk. Quiet working environment.

      Minpunten

      Too many to list... Pollution from the roads outside seems to find it's way indoors. Non gender specific toilets. Higher management are slow to action anything; things such as license updates were difficult to obtain. Software quality is poor and no business value is placed on improving it or application performance in general. There were gaps in documentation and a large number of knowledge silos. The HR team is not sufficient for the number of employees in the organisation.

      Working with some of the brightest minds in the biomedical industry as well as creating tight relationships with some of the most influential companies in the world.

      Minpunten

      - None that I have come across so far - Based out of Germany so time difference can be a problem sometimes, but it really is not a problem.

      Direct deposit worked, unlimited use of the bathroom, free parking, just now is figuring out what a mess the closure of facility will be.

      Minpunten

      Poor business strategy, terrible engineering contract agreement, terrible salary and motivation strategy. Never supported us project managers, maintained the poorest performing members of the us team, hires and relocated multiple employees and the let them go within 2 years.
