Minpunten

Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies

Work life balance isnt bad. But depends on the team you are working on

The pay and benefits for contractors is not really good. You can feel the difference while working with other full time employees there
