Sabre used to have inspirational and trusting senior exec leadership ... which has shifted over the past 2 years to stiff and wooden top leadership style (not that credible) - coupled with relentless micro management and lack of empowerment and trust ... small decisions need central approval. Very smart and capable people are not trusted... decision making on commercial deals is too slow and cumbersome which hinders progress and causes loss of market share in some areas.
