Pluspunten
Good money, restaurants are very successful. There is no doubt these restaurants will continue to be successful. They are fun, in great locations, have good food, and are very entertaining to hang out at. So you can make good money working in the restaurants as well as working at Corporate.
Minpunten
The owner is basically nuts, but, he is an incredibly smart business man who has built this business from the ground up and I can't help but respect that. He has located these restaurants in just amazing spots, gold mines if you will which is brilliant. On the flip side, he shouldn't be dealing with employees or Corporate level people at all. The turnover at Corporate was 100% when I was there. He talks to everyone like they are idiots. He is one of those guys that you would love to talk to or have a drink with but to work for him was as stressful as it gets and most the time I wanted to bash my head into the wall when I got home from work. :)
