Pay is piecework figured by hourly. 5-25 pieces added to each load, two or three loads per day, X 400 drivers makes for a lot of mistakes which are fixed and added to your next check if you take the time to find them. A lot of games between dispatch and drivers and a lot of nitpicking and write ups. 3 minutes late on arrival time or sign out expect a write-up. Take your lunch late or skip your second lunch expect a write-up. Takes two to three years to get on the board. Turnover is around 50 drivers a year.
