Pluspunten
There unfortunately are no pros of working for Safeway, I wouldn't recommend anyone to becoming an employee, they treat their staff like dog's, and good luck getting benefits, because they will work you to the bone yet make sure somehow your JUST under full time.

They disregard staff complaints, they dont care about the health of employee's, they belittle employee's, treat employee's as if they are uneducated and/or their punching bag, do not provide proper training IF you get any at all, over work employee's consistently, and have complete disregard to dealing with any issues that arise in the work place with new employee's; claiming that if someone cannot train them when assigned that they are at fault, meanwhile the person assigned to train was never formally trained to begin with, they are self taught employee's with help only from fellow senior staff coworkers; given they've the time to do so.
