Horrible management, too many mangers, not enough workers. Hires everyone, many bad workers, and the good workers are pushed to accomplish tasks to the point of mental breakdown, with no regard from management. Management literally trained by corporate to be slave drivers to employees. No way to move up and make more. Lot's of infighting for positions.
