The current aerospace crisis is unfortunately used as a good opportunity for top management to fire staff and reduce employees' benefits/wages. The size of the company implies lots of internal processes, to be avoided if you are looking for a start-up company mindset.

Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

Minpunten

High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
