Linking bonus potential to office attendance which is tracked by key cards. Utter disregard for your mental health, pointing to silly apps and ineffective “employee assistance programs” - all just check boxes to appear like they care. There are more trustworthy companies out there that will actually treat you like an adult and not like a child that needs minding. The CEO being in cahoots with number 10 doesn’t help matters as the prerogative there is to push people back to the office to line the pockets of the already wealthy.
