Richard Saker micromanages and takes his employees for granted. Making everyone stay late until he walks their department, not considering if anyone has any responsibilities at home. He expects you to stay, and wait for him, and kiss the ground he walks on. He doesn’t care if you’ve been there all morning afternoon and night. His family must hate him too that’s why he’s too busy harassing his employees late at night. The union isn’t all that great either. They expect you to kill your self going above and beyond for crap pay.
