Pluspunten
Some nice people in HR. If you like lots of meetings where nothing really gets done, this might be a good fit.
Minpunten
Leadership is mostly ineffective. Many managers come from call center admin jobs and don’t have the skills or vision to lead. They talk a lot but don’t actually make things happen: operations are messy and chaotic. Directors in Delivery and Training & Development take on small daily tasks to look busy and needed but don’t really offer big ideas or real direction. The company is always in crisis mode, reacting to problems because no one — truly — seems to be able to think two steps ahead. Priorities keep changing, restructuring never stops, and they blame clients or products for why their sales projects are failing. They call their chaos “being agile” and expect you to play along or they’ll say you aren’t resilient enough. I observed unethical and possibly unlawful discussions, a culture of favouritism, complaints and escalations because of discrimination and racism from co-workers and executives. It is not a place for professional development, it is just a place for titles and sitting time. You will have to set your own standard and stick to it because you will mostly be exposed to politics, complacency, and how not to run projects if you want them to succeed. Only join if you have no better options. This is not a place to grow, build or get anything - not even a reasonable pay-check.
