Pluspunten
Do not get me wrong, Salsify is an AMAZING company to work for. The CEO and CFO are two of the most intelligent and directional leaders in the space. With the help of their leadership teams and the recruiting department, they created a culture and company that fosters and creates friendships for a lifetime. Another phenomenal aspect surrounding the leadership is their experience and knowledge of how to succeed in roles at the org.

Unfortunately, there are some cons to follow the pros (as every company has their ups and downs). I will just try and keep these brief: -- Salsify has great use cases. The marketing of those use cases is VERY forward thinking, and the market is/was not ready for it -- There is no room for horizontal or lateral movement/ growth for mid-tenured employees (employed less than 2 years) -- The individual contributors have a PHENOMENAL handle on what is happening at the frontlines, yet some of that is lost in communication to the top -- Most stressful job you will ever have Advice - Get your foot in the door here Q3 of 2020.
