Similar to many companies right now, it's a tough economic time. RIF's have had an impact on many companies, Salsify included. There continues to be a lot of work to get done, breakdowns in communications, and a lot of changes to navigate. This can create a great deal of challenges for people. I believe that Salsify is trying to stay on top of all of this, to create feedback loops and focus, but it's an area that they can't lose sight of.
