This is a very well structured company affiliated with Novartis. Nice life-work balance. The employees want the company to succeed and try hard within the structure to work at improving the quality. It has been able to acheive satisfactory status with FDA.
Minpunten
Roles and responsabilities within teams are not well defined. Management collaboration is not always attained. Objectives and evaluation system should be more aligned. There has been multiple issues, it almost seems that there is a black cloud following the company's progress. Two steps forward, one step sideways, one step back is how I would define its progress. Productivity is down, and quality requirements has been increased. It creates lot rejections, and customer back orders.
