Pluspunten
Excellent instructors, good location, variety of classes (in person, online, hybrid), and an attractive campus are all pros. In addition, the college offers enrichment, certificate, and degree programs and a huge amount of student support, Still enjoys a good reputation despite slipping enrollment and sometimes horrifyingly poor skills for both incoming and completing/graduating students.
Minpunten
Class composition is challenging due to widely varying skill levels, with a few brilliant students and several without college-level skills. Communication between management and workers has improved but change is slow. Silos continue to exist, and outside pressures (Chancellor's Office, legislative, financial, etc.) have the potential to increase conflict among staff, instructors, and management.
