Extremely controlling work culture – not recommended My experience with this organization was highly disappointing due to excessive control and unrealistic policies. • Strict attendance surveillance: Every minute of in-time and out-time is monitored closely, leaving no flexibility at all. • Laptop tracking over actual work: Employee productivity is measured purely based on laptop active hours. If system usage is less than 8.5 hours, salary deductions are made — even when work involves meetings, coordination, or offline tasks. • Daily justification of work: Employees are forced to submit a DSR at the end of each day with exact hour-wise task breakdowns. If work gets delayed due to dependencies or lack of tasks, the blame is still placed on the employee. • Idle office time: • No freedom to learn or search: Employees are discouraged from even searching or upskilling on their laptops, as screens are constantly monitored by managers. • Unprofessional salary communication: Discussing or following up on salary matters with HR through official channels is taken negatively and discouraged. • Poor growth & increments: Salary increments are extremely low with no transparency or growth roadmap. • Unreasonable bond pressure: Even if the bond amount mentioned is around ₹60,000, employees are threatened with demands going up to ₹2,00,000 just for expressing intent to leave. • IT Support role misuse: IT support staff are forced to handle event duties like DJ setup, sound systems, and photography, which are completely unrelated to their job role. Important Warning Positive reviews can be misleading. Employees are forced to post reviews on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox within their first month, and failure to do so may result in salary being withheld. ⚠️ Think carefully before joining.
