The work environment is toxic, led by a harsh management team and a CEO who treats employees as if they are his property rather than professionals. Having been very close to the leadership, I can say this mindset isn’t an isolated problem—the entire management operates in a highly aggressive way, showing little respect for employees as human beings. While Scaleops may look like a thriving company from the outside, I strongly recommend keeping your distance. No professional achievement is worth working in such an environment.
