One Manager in particular has major anger /personality issues and thinks nothing of squaring up to you if you stand up for yourself. He also has a penchant for throwing the nearest thing to him, at you, when he looses his temper. If he were in a managerial position elsewhere, he would be dismissed for gross misconduct. Also. Bullied and harassed into doing overtime. Pay is lower than other similar companies. Very understaffed so constantly wanting ever one to do overtime late into the night and weekends.
