Employees on probation are placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) within just a month of joining, and dismissals happen arbitrarily. The leadership operates with the mindset that replacements are easily available, leading to a high turnover rate. Salary payments are often delayed, mostly not given and there is little to no professionalism in the workplace. Boundaries between personal and professional interactions are not respected. Despite being in operation for eight years, the company has neither long-term employees nor permanent clients. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a structured and professional work environment.
