Pluspunten
This used to be an amazing place to work, but I can say the only "pros" about being here now are a few teammates and the unmetered PTO policy, which I'm sure will change like everything else has.
Minpunten
- Leadership appears more focused on maintaining a positive narrative "optics" than addressing underlying issues - both with customers and employees
- There have been instances where key team members exited under unclear circumstances, with departures framed as “mutual” and there is no internal transparency.
- Communication around staffing changes can feel tightly controlled, leaving teams with more questions than answers.
- Reported promises around raises or promotions don’t always materialize, which can impact trust and morale.
- Employees may feel undervalued during high-effort periods, especially when expectations increase without corresponding compensation adjustments.
- Retention of experienced team members has been a concern, particularly when institutional knowledge is lost without clear transition plans.
- Leadership prioritizes customer outcomes over everything, mostly at the perceived expense of employee experience and recognition.
- Overall transparency from management can be inconsistent, which may lead to uncertainty about long-term direction.
