      Full Time job for those that want to work. The old CEO as well as the old owner were fired...how well does that say they were doing with the company?

      The company was bought by Venture Capitalists so they are looking to part and sell. You are just a replaceable cog in their system. If you work in the warehouse you can be told on Friday that there is mandatory Saturday work in the non-a/c warehouse heat. If you work in the office you are micro-managed into submission. The whole purpose of the company was to buy good American companies, move the major production to china for CHEAP products, TRY to fix all the horrible mistakes (as no product was the same twice), and get it out before the end of the month so the owner could make as much as possible. Good for him, bad for the people their...and raises????? WHAT RAISES?????

      Many great people working here daily to support their families. Grinding in an ac-less warehouse where it's all about shipping items out before month is our regardless if the product is fit or ready.

      Upper management - CEO - was hired late 2018 and has brought with him a greedy and manipulative bravado where if it's not his way, you might as well pack it up. The vision of greed and pride is beyond normal where people get trampled on with no regard for talent, skill, passion, or work ethic. You're not liked, your days are numbered regardless of how you perform. People afraid to speak up because they don't want to lose their job and paycheck. The vibe in the office is tense and everyone is on pins and needles while the Management continues in it's lackluster ways. Bills are not paid, inferior products, no customer loyalty, and most of all - the customer does not come first!
