My experience at Scitaris differed from what I understood during the recruitment process. If you’re considering joining, I recommend connecting with current former employees to gain a full perspective. High turnover during probation – During my time with the company, I observed multiple departures within the first six months, as verifiable on professional networking platforms, which created a sense of uncertainty for new employees. Differences between recruitment messaging and role experience – Expectations around job security, team growth, and organizational structure did not fully align with my experience. For instance, permanent contracts were highlighted during hiring, but I saw some employees leave during probation. While growth was mentioned, some hiring seemed aimed at maintaining team size rather than expansion. Limited feedback and transparency – Performance expectations were not always clearly defined, and feedback practices varied, making it challenging to feel confident and improve effectively. Onboarding and support – The onboarding process and mentorship felt limited, which could contribute to a high-pressure environment for new hires.

This provides a great platform to either build a career in consulting or transition into strategic positions within biopharma.

Minpunten

The key differentiator for the firm is the quality of the analysis delivered and therefore the robustness of the strategic conclusion. Therefore, there is notable pressure to always deliver this quality, which some people, unfortunately, can not manage.
