      The service and product are beneficial to all that use it- Its free to consumers. You are working towards an end result that is positive and makes a difference. Teams care about success of the company and the mission. People are passionate and have a vested interest. Overall one of the best company cultures I have worked for. When I come to work I feel proud of our product and what the company has accomplished.

      Backed by a major company - This is a positive in all aspects, except it does come with added procedures that are controlled internally.

      Pluspunten

      Most companies say they care about their employee's work / life balance but few really do. ScriptSave is the exception. Their policies and culture support the concept that a good balance between work and family/ health/ fun will drive employee performance and create an environment where employees are motivated to do their best. ScriptSave has built an incredible team of hard working, intelligent, fun individuals. This makes work seem less like a four letter word and more like a challenge to look forward to each day.
