Minpunten

Low pay of course, but that's what you get in this field I realized this now after getting out of college Some clients really get on your nerves Understaffed mostly with so many clients on case load.

Love working at Search- a very supportive team and an extremely rewarding place to work. The work they do each day is truly incredible and I’ve learned so much by working here. Overall completely recommend it, Best workplace I’ve ever had. Benefits are great too!

Minpunten

There is sometimes a lot of work to be done, as in any nonprofit, but it’s all worth it to support the very worthwhile mission and they do provide you the tools to succeed.
