-Ownership lacks vision and ability to adjust to the times. You still feel like you're working in the 70's/80's. New blood is needed, when fresh talent comes, management scares them off.
-Poor compensation. Received a slight raise once, but did not get another when asked for it.
-Poor branding, marketing and design. With no changes to its logo, store displays, or brand identity, still very much feels like a company from the 80's.
-Strange team dynamic. With no real roles defined, it caused a lot of friction and tension between employees.
