Flexibility - People can walk in whenever we want to work and go out and watch a movie and walk in again to continue with the work.

Worst Management Team Leaders are not fit to manage a team. No communications too. They treat people really bad.

The people are incredible. So many long term and loyal employees makes it feel like a family environment when everyone is together. Opportunity for career growth if you work hard and make your goals known. Flexibility is the #1 pro of Secova. Working from home is never an issue and hours can also be flexible based on your needs. No work/life balance.

Minpunten

Communication. There is none. Planning and resources are not executed or allocated properly so there are bottle necks throughout the company. Salary is not up to par with companies comparable to industry, location and size. System and service education is not consistent throughout departments.
