Just got bought out by iNovex. This could be bad, but hopefully better

Ownership seems to truly care about the employees.

Much harder to access management now that company is growing. Yes it is contract work and you run the risk of contracts ending, but ownership tries to move you to another contract in plenty of time. As company grows, benefits seem to be shrinking, but still better than most places.
