      In admin you're seen as the lowest in the company, the respect and pay you get reflects this. You work yourself into the ground for the company, take verbal abuse on a day to day basis from sales, sales managers and customers, are the scapegoat for 90% Of customer complaints, put in extra hours and not a single thing gets appreciated. The communication is terrible and no one in the company has the slightest idea of how much work is put on the admin team. It is very much an advanced admin role but you are paid an entry level admin wage.

      Senior management are very toxic which drips down to the staff they create a toxic environment and encourage it Nepotism everywhere everyone knows someone and if your manager’s favourite you will get promotion over those who are hard workers and skilled Disrespectful senior management Admin and sales do not work together sales treat admin like they are their personal assistants in keeping their customers happy If your face doesn’t fit within management you will experience poor treatment Progression is not earnt it is cherry picked to preferred staff
