-commission allows you to make six figures from home -no micromanaging(if you are producing, they don't really care how much you are actually on the phone). -Simple/Easy monkey work

Minpunten

-commission structure changes every month in some way. -base pay is $13 and will never go up(ex. Only went from $11 to $13 because commission structure changed and no one was willing to work for $11 base... commission is less). -stressful day in and day out

The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.
