Minpunten

- Mismanagement of projects and teams. - High turnover at every level. - Disparate treatment of those at different salary levels. - Management is generally not open to anything but positive feedback and brushes off serious situations like layoffs in favor of a rocketship growth narrative.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are a 3 year old company, and with a young company comes growing pains. We are addressing these with employee engagement surveys and action plans related to that feedback. Additionally we are excited about our management training that we recently rolled out, all the while continuing to grow at a rocketship pace.

Pluspunten

Our new team both from the executives and other employees are really strong. We have a really good vision for contextual tech that is where the future is going. It is also a very strong and positive culture that makes me excited every day to show up with my best.

Minpunten

Having to do more with less but that is all startups over the last year/

Pluspunten

Things that are important to me in a start-up are good technology, good people and good opportunity. Fyllo has a solid data platform in Semasio - it delivers concrete results for clients, and is poised to meet changing market conditions. There’s also opportunity to build new capabilities to align with market needs, and it feels good to have a product that creates value. Across the board, the people at Fyllo are great to work with, and mission-driven. There's a solid plan and significant investment from the management team, which creates stability for growth. There’s also a respect for work/life balance from the top down. The company is truly global, which provides a lot of opportunity, both with clients and internally.

Minpunten

There were significant changes and job losses over the past year, especially as post acquisition adjustments were bumpy, and made for a challenging environment as things realigned - in some cases we lost good people, and that was difficult. Transitioning to a new CEO and realignment of the leadership /management team with a solid operations plan are demonstrating clear positive changes already, and as we move forward.
