HR will cover up harassment if the accused is higher ranking than you. C-Suite management works hard to create a family culture but will let you go without notice last minute. CEO had an all-hands-on meeting to tell everyone not to worry about getting laid off as that would not happen in our company and that we were like his family, then a few months later he laid off several people with no warning and no severance package. Several teams in the company still follow the boys club mentality while HR promotes the company as a diverse and inclusive workplace utilizing its few females to play the pitch to outsiders and investors.

Pluspunten

The culture is amazing with a very supportive dynamic. I've been given opportunities to grow in and outside of my role. The rate of growth has been a whirwind but very positive.

Minpunten

It has taken awhile for some process and procedures to get it place and can be very frustrating as answers only trickle down from the top.
