* Too much internal politics and excessive focus on pleasing leadership. * Lack of clear vision and direction for the company and teams. * CTO is technically strong but needs improvement in collaboration, and maintaining a calm, professional approach under pressure. * Frequent layoffs with little introspection; teams are removed and later rehired for similar work. * Compensation for India employees is well below market standards. * Limited focus on innovation, research, and long-term product growth.
