Great Culture Outlined Raises Training Mostly consistent schedule

Sometimes there are cancellations and so you miss out on hours. If you ask for office hours, sometimes they give them to you to make up some of the hours. Sometimes the time off is nice though because it’s nice to have a couple days off here and there for mental health.

Unfortunately, there are not many notable pros in my experience with this company.

I sadly had a very negative experience working at Sensitive Solutions Behavioral Health and feel compelled to share my concerns. The workplace culture is incredibly toxic in my opinion. For months, I was forced to work overtime, despite repeatedly communicating that it was unsustainable for me alongside my other responsibilities. The lack of consideration for employee well-being is alarming. Additionally, I was never compensated for my commute time, even when driving an hour away to see clients. It became even more frustrating when clients cancelled; administration would wait until I drove back home to ask me to drive to another location with no notice. When I would explain this frustration, my feelings were dismissed, and I was told that I had to go anyways. I now know that this seemed like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying for my commute, which is both unfair and unethical. I'm not alone in my experience - aa almost every other person l've spoken to has expressed the same sentiments about toxic work culture. This organization consistently bullies staff without justification and makes false accusations, creating an environment of fear and disrespect. It's no surprise that the turnover is high and why so many people ultimately choose to leave. I would strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. This is not a healthy or supportive work environment.
