Opportunity to work fewer holiday hours if necessary due to winter temporary hires.World class training. All employees are sent to week long (or condensed 3-day long) basic training. Also, there is continuous training on in-store brands during the week with brand representatives usually include free food. Above average emphasis on work-life balance. Opportunity to make more money than at other "mall jobs".
