Horrible management. No communication. Management, team leads, supervisors DO NOT know what they are doing. HIGH TURNOVER RATE. NO ONE STAYS. The little people get blamed for everything. Accessioning department is the worst, new employee hazing, lack of good training. Team leads and tenured employees do NOT pull their weight, puts their work on temps. TEMPS STAY AWAY, you will be treated horribly, permanent position will be hung over your head so that you have to work harder than anyone else, with no recognition. They hire temps with no desire to keep them. Sweatshop atmosphere. Childish highschool behavior and rumor mill. Cliquish and backstabbing. Employees befriend you to get information they can use against you. Other employees constantly watch you, make up lies, clock you on break time and lunch time and report you to supervisor and team lead. HR does nothing to remedy complaints, lies to cover up bad behavior. Overall HORRIBLE COMPANY.
