From my experience i have loved my managers If you bring things up to the company they listen and consider changing processes if it makes sense Its easy to communicate with people from other teams

Its a tough job because of what we do is kind of niece The same cons associated with most sales jobs Because the company is smaller there are limited opportunities for management positions

Service Express build a culture where people felt connected, even in a remote environment. There are always challenges that come with change. As Service Express transitions through a merge, there is uncertainty, particularly around maintaining the close knit culture that defined the organization. Growth and evolution are necessary, but they can shift the employee evperience during transition periods.
