Pluspunten

Decent sales staff that were fun to work with but honestly spend most of their time bashing the entire company and mostly the C-Suite team

Minpunten

Low pay, no interest in in-house advancement, no proof of future goals or working towards adjusting to the times, marketing is garbage, and their entire customer service team really just make stuff up and hope for the best

Pluspunten

Some customers are cool but most prefer to not work with service partners

Minpunten

Super corporate. They promise weeks of training but they don't train you in anything you need to know. You compete with other top build companies internally and not allowed to sell against them (ADO, Silverman, DI). You can't control your customers getting good service because of the corporate blocks. No sense of urgency. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered by almost everyone. Branches always run out of material needed for sales. Gutters are impossible to get yet. Everyone is micro managed
