Some of the Service Masters let you drive Company vehicles

Minpunten

Low/hourly pay and you get a small commission once the company gets paid for the jobs you do and that could come weeks later and by then most people go so broke waiting so they end up finding other jobs! Ridiculous!

I worked at ServiceMaster Clean for 4 years and had an overall amazing experience. From day one, I felt supported by both management and my team, and there was a strong sense of respect and accountability throughout the company.

Minpunten

The only con was having to be on call, which isn't really a con because that was a part of my job description. They also paid extra for it.
