Pluspunten
From a small company 5 years ago when my husband started at ServiceMax, the company has made noticeable progress year after year. In the process, it has provided him with a great opportunity to grow with the company. His responsibilities have become bigger. For me, it means that the company values and trusts his capabilities and loyalty. His work has been recognized and rewarded multiple times and that only makes me feel proud of him. I also think that ServiceMax has always encouraged him to do more. His work has made him a better person and that is visible in they way he interacts with people and deals with tough situations. ServiceMax has definitely elevated our social status and has had a positive impact on our lifestyle.

He has grown quite a bit of grey hair :) I am guessing it is because of work load and stress. He should learn to balance work with time he should be giving us.
