We will be the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century and it is fun to be along for the ride. Our CEO has a clear vision that he communicates effectively to the employees. ServiceNow delivers upon their commitment to employees every day. They hire 9s and 10s so you get to work with other highly motivated, intelligent, and collaborative professions. The company commitment to DEI has afforded me an opportunity to work with a wonderfully diverse team. It would be easy to read this and think that I'm involved in recruiting or similar activities. I'm not. The truth is that there is something uniquely special going on at ServiceNow and that deserves a shout out!
