Operating at that scale makes it an extremely exciting place to work at every day. Very fast paced (if that is not your cup of tea), you need to be able to adapt on the fly, sometimes have to work longer hours if needed but generally decent work/life balance. Ideally would like free lunch everyday, but free breakfast one day and free lunch one day is pretty good!
