Worst work culture ever seen in my life. People and by people I mean scrum master and some project managers, they are more interested in gossips, and who is wearing what, who is in relationship, who is having boyfriend, they will judge you on everything like what you wear, what you do, what you eat, how much money you are earning and spending. No one is concerned about your opinion, no matter how much you will bang your head at the end you will feel why did I even open my mouth. Some managers are there for like more than 10years but if you are in trouble they will blame you only and will not take your stand. You are on your own without any respect. HR team is not bothered what is happening on the second floor they are just busy with their own groups. Appreciation word does not exist in the managers dictionary from the organization. Don't join them for money only because at the end you will not get any extra knowledge after working there.
