      - Experienced leadership - Strong support from parent company (BCBS of Tennessee) with trusting relationship - Company culture is one of family; we work hard but have fun too - Still small enough to make quick changes if necessary - Fast-paced and exciting work environment - Tremendous growth opportunities in Medicaid/Medicare Managed Care - Being in a position to help others, especially those in most need

      - Growing the business requires constant start-up mode mentality - Long work hours are not uncommon

      Pluspunten

      Great people doing good work for members who needed a lot of help. It just isn't a good time to be in Health Insurance. This company falls under the BlueCross BlueShield of TN umbrella and won't exist after 2025.

      Long-term viability. You won't retire from here unless you get absorbed by BCBST
