decent salary, overall good health care benefits, very nice building and facility, location is near nice places to live, on site work out facility is a great perk

toxic mgmt, worst of both american and japanese cultures. Highly micro managed from the japan side yet not given the job security native to japanese companies. company run purely on numbers and the good old boy network.
