- lots of flexibility in adjusting policies for the employees since the Lisbon office is quite small still - great perks - hybrid work with one day at the office (but even that is still flexible), monthly lunches out, dog friendly office in central Lisbon - despite the limited contact to the colleagues from the other projects, when we meet it´s very nice - good salaries for Lisbon with yearly reviews done in collaboration with the clients
